HP DESKJET F4180

I can not connect my new laptop to my HP Deskjet F4180 printer. When I try to download the software I get a error message that says can not delete something. Can anyone help?

* Click on YES option  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.

Thanks for the help. I was able to download the link some what. It gave me some error messages but I was able to print a test page thru the link. Now when I try to print something it is staying in the QUE. Anymore suggestions?

To check the Queue try with the HP Scan Print Doctor
