Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have been using my printer for 3yrs. it works fine, can print-scan-copy. After last night i tried to print documents but it's not working. Then I check by scanning, it can scan.  is anything wrong with my printer ?  The print status is not showing anything Online but strangely it can scan.  please help me fix this asap.

 

Note: the printer status icon which is used to be on taskbar suddenly not there.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! Smiley Happy I understand you are not able to print to your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2060, it is showing as offline on your Windows 7 Computer.

 

I would like you to run the HP Print and Scan Doctor > www.hp.com/go/tools

-- It was designed by HP to provide users with the troubleshooting and problem solving features needed to resolve many common problems experienced with HP print and scan products connected to Windows-based computers.

 

If you run the PSDR and are still getting the Printer offline error, I would like you to continue here: 'Printer is offline' Message Displays on the Computer and the Printer Will Not Print

 

I will watch for your reply, please let me know the outcome.
