Product: HP Design Jet T 520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

Can anyone please help me to make the USB(Flash Memory Chip) as encrypted chip for loading the Operating System for My Plotter HP T520?  It has the blue screen error(B3B3F720) problem.
