Product: Designjet T1200 Postscript
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Dear Support team,

 

Our Plotter T1200 Doesn't startup when powered ON.

Only one LED (1) Red is ON

lCD lits but no menu and no response

Only Power ON button light (green) on the fromt panel is ON , no response

Feeling the PSU fan is working

No other sound or movement in the plotter

 

Can you please help.
