Hi,

-encountering the said prompt on this machine.

-whenever there is a multiple pages being sent using the tray, always fails (meida fail) on the 2nd or 3rd or 4th and so on pages.

-loading roll paper always fails prompting the "media load error"

-have tried running diagnostics on the parts but no failing parts detected

-have tried cleaning the sensor on the carriage assembly as it seems to not detect the media edge that might causing the "medial load error"

is there any other workaround for this? or the carriage assembly needs replacement?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Please remove the Multisheet tray from printer back through unlock, after that clean the paper path on the printer and clean the roller of multisheet media roller through glass cleaner with fresh white cloth.

After cleaning, please recheck the media loading issue.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

Good luck
