HP Recommended

We are facing issue with "Scan to Folder" function after updating to firmware version 6.31.1.3-202510061555
I tried to use current firmware on HP website 6.30.1.4-202505131519 and the printer failed to process updating to this firmware.

Scan to Folder failure to due verify failed (even if all the provided credential information are correct)

Firmware update failed from USB pen drive and the new version not detected by the MFP perhaps because it is older than the installed one.

We previously has issue that the MFP very slow to receive the print request (we were using HP DesignJet and PageWide XL Windows Printer Driver installer), now we are using the driver provided by WU (add printer function) but it is slightly faster than before (HP DesignJet and PageWide XL Windows Printer Driver installer)
