Turn the plotter off. Remove the media. Turn the plotter on again and tell us if it comes to ready or comes to an error. If it comes to ready, disconnect from the computer, load media and then run a printhead calibration to see if that works. If it does, reconnect and try to run the jobs again. Most of the errors are related to carriage movement. If it does not come to ready and you get the same error, open the top cover, move the carriage all the way to the left and then clean the encoder (clear strip that runs thru the carriage). Do it gently as there are fine lines and if you clean it to hard you could remove the lines which are necessary.

After power on  it comes to ready without error. I run printhead calibration, it print half of page and comes to an error. Also it can comes to error before print job or information sheet for example (it takes media, check it size, clean prinhead and then comes to error). Encoder is clean.

Now i change carriage motor (i had from dj1280 only), printer start print job and and end of job it comes to error 86.01. May be becouse motor is another?

I have a feeling the belt is an issue. That is where I would start.

The belt is visually normal, have no damage.. May be it stratched?

86:01 is a Carriage Servo Shutdown error

Check for paper scrap or mass stuck in the plotter in the carriage path, also check that the Carriage Stopper is properly installed (page 8-53 Step 12 in the manual).

Also it could be the Scan Axis motor.

86:11 is Scan-Axis Length too Short.

Again check for obstructions or a scrap of paper in the carriage path.

Also check the Carriage belt is properly installed and the encoder is clean and free of defect. (bends, kinks, tears and not defaced.)

Both of these errors lead towards obstructions in the carriage movement path, so get out your flashlight and check that plotter thoroughly, you may have had a paper jam in the past and the paper had to be manually removed, a little piece stayed in the plotter.

Also check with your hands the full on End to End movement of the carriage assembly.

Freedom of movement, no noise and the belt moves freely, also gives you a chance to examine the belt for defect or missing teeth.  Sometimes the belt is only missing a few teeth and that will cause it to slip and throw an error.

All problem was in carriage motor. After repair motor all work fine.
