HP Designjet T120

We need to list the event logs to trace back where the printing came from.  However when we pull up the event logs, all we see is ID, Event ID, Count, and that is it.  How do we expand and download the logs to review in full detail?

Thank you.

Hi, Thanks for contacting with HP support Forum,

Sorry that model will not have accounting systems and which is you want. Even log capture process, none of HP DesignJet printer will calculate who guys printed. But shows the file name, date, time for HP DesignJet Z5400PS, Z5600PA, T790PS, T795PS, T930, T1530, T2530, T3500PS model. That event will no working on T120/T520/T730/T830 printer.

You need to use third party software like paper cut: https://www.papercut.com/
