I solved my own problem, but wanted to post in case anyone else encounters this issue. I was printing and I got an error message on the LCD screen saying "The print carriage cannot move." It suggested that I clear any paper jam. I opened the front cover and could not see a paper jam. After trying this repeatedly, and continuing to get the same error message, I noticed that I had a pop-up screen on my computer indicating that the magenta ink tank was missing. It took me a few minutes to put 2 and 2 together, but apparently my magenta ink tank had become loose from the carriage and was sticking out far enough to block the carriage from moving. I was able to stick my finger in and pop the ink tank back in, and the printer is now working normally. I cannot figure out how the ink tank got loose but at least I have solved my issue.
