I have the same problem 8:11 restart the printer... already shut down the printer...left it unplugged for several minutes...tuened it back on...same problem...it doe snot let me down anything..all buttons are turned off...

 

any other suggestions?

Hi Mike. How do i find a formatted HDD for the t790. i replaced battery with no luck and the HDD makes quite a racket on start up. so i think that is the issue. having a hard time finding a vendor for that HDD. Thanks Mike D.

You need to replace hdd but with one wich have a blank ID and password . 

The sell hdd on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/282442416605

They do not give error 59.1 59.2 59.3
