I purchased a HP DeskJet 3632 printer not long ago and did have quite a few problems setting it up but managed to set it up in the end. Now whenever I try to print something I keep receiving the message that its in an 'error state' and i am unable to print. I have tried unplugging it several times but i am still getting the same emssage. Also when it does print it is very slow.
Also my operating system is 8.1 but im not sure if its 64 bit or 32.

Please Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor (PSDR) tool to diagnose and fix your problem
