HP Recommended

Using Windows10, the printer software was in stalled and worked for a long time.

 

One day it suddenly stopped working.  I tried deleting the driver software and reinstalling, but it still gave the error message:  printer error, and nothing happened.

 

I checked all the connections, and there was no problem.

 

It seems like a Windows 10 problem?
