Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello.

 

My printer does not work at all. Please bear in mind that I am no techie so any help would be appreciated. Tried to print and nothing happens. Tried to run print doctor but it would not connect first time. Second time it found the printer and said that there was a driver problem. But there was no solution available on the screen.

On the HP website I have tried to find an app to uninstall and install the printer but could not find one.

Any help please.

As we have properly understood your issue you are facing issue in HP Deskjet 2050  as it is not working .

 

 

Can yoy please help us with the operating system you are using right now?
