My Windows 10 Computer and HP Deskjet 2540 All-in-One Printer won't enable double sided printing and everything is checked and I've uninstalle and reinstalled. Need Help!

Hi,
Firstly it does NOT support duplex printing automatically. It does support duplex printing manually that means you have to wait for it to print the first side then turn up side down the papers for it to print second side.
Regards.

Hi,
Did you upgrade your computer ? You may need to re-install its software and driver.
Software and driver for download:

Hi,
Then what do you think ? This is a wellknown Windows 10 upgrade/update problem. You are much better to
(a) Run Windows updates now,
(b) Re-install software and driver.
Regards.

I don't quite understand you, but this computer was bought this past summer with Windows 10 already programmed into the computer and this printing problem did not occur until a few weeks ago because before I could do manual double sided printing. To solve this problem, I have done the necessary updates to the computer system when prompted and I have uninstalled the printer and drivers and reinstalled and I have the same problem.

Hi,
It worked before the upgrade now it doesn't and more updates can't fix. Solution: Roll back to BEFORE the upgrade that what we call bacl out.
Regards.
