HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP DeskJet 2700 printer has a colour cartridge, prints a colour test page, and yet has no option to print documents in colour. I have checked the HP Smart application and checked the printer info in my devices and there is no way to allow for colour printing? 

 

When I print from the HP Smart app on my phone the colour option shows up so I don't understand why it doesn't on the computer since i remember selecting colour options when I first set up the printer?
