Product: HP Deskjet 3050 J610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Replaced the color cartridge for my HP Deskjet 3050 J610 and the color is not printing correctly.  White color has a greenish tint.  I did the alignment more than onece.  I cleaned the print heads but nothing makes the color print correctly.  Is there anything else that I can try.

I just changed the color cartridge.  I did the print alignment sheet.  I scanned the alignment sheet.  The scan said successful but the print report does not reflect the correct colors.  The photos print with a greenish tint.

Since you have done everything said in the document above it appears your printer needs service as the last step.
