HP Deskjet All In One 3522
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have fairly new HP ink cartridges but printer just suddenly stopped printing. It goes through all the sounds of preparing to print, the paper goes through easily, comes out in right way, but page remains blank. This is trying to print from the computer, but it will not copy either from the top load. Advice, please?

Hi tantar,

I am keria, hope my answer will help to solve your printer issue.

Before start are you getting any one this below, like

1. Getting error messages

2. Are you doing any change in your system

3. If you had this same issue in the past

If so, continue the following steps

Method 1:  Check the Ink cartridges

  • Remove the Ink cartridges and check ink level.
  • If its low or empty, replace the ink cartridge.
  • Clean the print head by using automated tools if need.

This steps does not solve the issue continue the next method

Method 2:  Use Printer Troubleshooters

This will help you to diagnose the issue and fix it automatically.

  • Click start button -> Open Printer troubleshooter -> Then click control panel.
  • Type troubleshooter in the search box under Hardware and Sound -> Click use a print.

Method 3:  Clear Printer Spooler files

  • Click start menu -> type Services.msc in the box -> Click Ok
  • In Service list double click the Printer Spooler -> click Stop -> Click Ok
  • Again click the start -> type "%WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers" -> delete all files from this folder.

Then try to take a print. If this issue continues please contact the printer customer services.
