Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

For the past 6 months everytime I have tried to print any document or photo, the printer jams the paper and gives the error message "Clear paper jam then press OK". it does this for every single document, photo, and copy I try to print. Few times I try to cheat it by printing my documents and removing all the paper from the input, wait for the error message that there is no paper and then put it back. By doing that I get a successful print.

Please advise on what I could do as printer is just a year old now and this issue is really becoming a huge problem for me.

Hello,

Please click HERE to access the steps that should resolve the Paper Jam issue .

If  issue still persists, please call HP Tech Support for further assistance.

If you are in US , the toll free # is 1-800-474-6836 .

If you are not in US , then log on to www.hp.com , at bottom-left corner there is a world map icon, click on it and then select the region you belong to, which would then provide support options for you for that region.
