HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545

Hi Guys,

Need you kind help as there is an issue with my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 Printer, where i am unable to print/copy with Black Ink but i am able to do the same with Color Ink. The Ink Level is quite good. When i copy/print the paper comes out without any print over it..I am not sure what the issue is.

I tried calling the Helpdesk, but they refused to help!

Thanks again for your kind help!

Regards

Anirban

Hi there:)
Welcome back to the HP Community @Anirban1709,

I came across your post about the black ink not printing out from your Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545, and wanted to reply with my suggestions to help out. I would recommend trying all of the steps in order from the link down below, which should help with this type of issue. If the black still does not print out, chances are the printhead has an internal error and the printer will need to be replaced. Contact HP directly if that happens at their contact details at the bottom of my message! 😄

If you have any troubles with the steps, let me know and I will do my best to help.

Show appreciation for my attempt to help you out today, click the thumbs up below. Click the "Accept as Solution" if the issue has been resolved please and thanks! 😄
