HP Deskjet ink Advantage 2135 unable to print black color

I just bought a HP Deskjet ink Advantage 213 on July 2016,

but now it seems like can't print out black color anymore,

I just print less than 10 pages since I bought it (just normal text, not using a lot of black ink), 

but color print is totally fine, may I know why?

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read about your HP Deskjet ink Advantage 2135 and not printing in black.

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

• Check estimated ink levels.
• Align the ink cartridges.
• Clean the ink cartridges.
