HP 6830 AIO printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have used HP Document Manager 2.0 for a long time to create pdf files from various HP printers. Now my HP laptop is dying and I wnat to install HP Document Manager 2.0 on my replscement computer. How do i just get that software as a download?

I have seen various sites on the Internet that say you can down load it from them and then you see you are downloading a differnet file name which i assume includes some software that I don't want.

Any help would be appreciated.

Greetings @dresdenron

Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are looking to transfer HP Document Manager software from one computer to another.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Kudos to you for doing a great deal of research online.

Are you facing any issue with your printer?

Do you have the installation disc of the printer with which HP Document Manager was included?

HP Document Manager was bundled with the older printers and is no longer available for download.

If you have the installation disc of the older printer, you can check folders on the disc and if the software is available, you can try to install it on your new computer.

However, I am not sure if it would work with Windows 10. If you find the file on the disc, you can try to run the file in Compatibility mode for it to work with Windows 10.

Hope this helped.
