Dear all,
I have a problem with my laptop.
The keyboard blinks for 5 second and then turns off and then blinks again and the screen doesnt turn on
Can you please help me cause now we are in quarantine and shops are closed and this is my work laptop.
What should i do?

Please, try with the steps for Power Reset your Laptop shown in the next document:

  • HP EliteBook : Press and hold the Power and Mute buttons at the same time for 15 seconds.
