HP Envy 120
macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hello,

I recently upgraded my macbook air to os sierra 10.12.3 and upon doing so the scan and copy features of my hp envy quit working.  I can still print but the output from a scan is colored vertical lines and the output from a copy is completely black. I have read all of the fixes and tried everything the forums have suggested.

I have also contacted Apple support and they could not help -although they made a few suggestions that I had already tried.  They (Apple) said to contact HP.

I saw that someone had posted that HP is going to support their product and update the software but that posting was back in September of 2016 and yet the latest software update offered is from 2014.

When will HP support this product?

Hi.  I appreciate the responses but nothing seems to help.  I can still only print.  The copy and scan function are useless.
