Product: HP ENVY 4527 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The option to print in colour has disappeared from Word, Adobe etc on my printer. 

I have followed ALL steps in the virtual chat, including setting up a new port.

Please can someone help me?

Try to install the next driver:

 

* Click on YES button  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
