I have an Envy 4500 printer. Starting today nothing will print from Microsoft Office (word). It just spits out a blank page - doesn't even act like it's printing. It prints from the internet, pictures, etc just fine. I tried change to single cartridge printing and it still doesn't work. I have a Lenovo laptop using Windows 10 64x. I need to print from word ASAP! What can I do?!

Places to look for the source of the issue include:
IF you have recently changed the UAC, check / adjust:
Reduce the permission setting in the UAC
Control Panel > icon view > User Accounts > Change User Account Control Settings >
Adjust slide second from the bottom: Notify me only when apps try to make changes... >
OK
Follow the solutions provided in Microsoft troubleshooting:
How to troubleshoot printing problems in Word
Unlikely fix, since other programs print > Reinstall Full Feature Software
Download software, uninstall old software > reboot > install fresh copy the Full Feature Software > reboot to finish procedure:
HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers
Also unlikely; worth a check -- please read all instructions before deciding to update the firmware:
HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer series Firmware Update
Check the Reliability Report
Look for Updates / changes to your Office software that may have impacted your Office environment:
Windows 10: Control Panel > set icon view > Security and Maintenance >
Under Maintenance > Open the Drop Down Menu >> Click on View Reliability Report
If Office updates were loaded at the same time the issue surfaced, you may need to reinstall / repair Office.
Check your Office Word normal.dot template - changed? damaged?
Change the Normal template (Normal.dotm )
