HI @432111,

I understand you are having network issues on your HP Envy 5530 printer. I'll be really happy to help you with this.

Don't worry as I have a few steps to resolve this concern,

Let's start by restarting the computer, printer, and router.

The following steps temporarily disconnect network and Internet connections and require restarting your computer. Complete any tasks or downloads in progress before continuing.

  1. Disconnect the power cord from the router.

  2. Turn off the printer.

  3. Close all running programs on your computer, including the HP software installation window, then shut down the computer.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to the router, then wait for the Internet activity light to display a normal connected status.

  5. Turn on the printer.

  6. Turn on the computer.

  7. Try installing the HP driver and software again.

Hi @penaj1982,

Welcome to HP Forums,

this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand you are having Network connectivity issues using your HP Envy 5530 printer.

Let's try these steps:

First, uninstall the printer driver and then install it and then select the connection as USB and then complete the setup.

Now follow the link to Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection (Link shows for DeskJet but this would work even for this printer)

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. I'll be more than happy to help you.
