I understand you have issues printing with Windows 10 on your PC

 

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

Are you able to make a copy from your printer?

 

What is the error message when you try to print?

 

How is the printer connected to the network? Is it wired or wireless?
 
Please download and run the Print and Scan Doctor, it will likely diagnose and resolve the issue you are experiencing.


What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (did it print or scan, any error messages)
