HP Envy 5540 Printer HP Instant Ink Problem

My printer (HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer) has the following error message: "Printing will be blocked soon, visit www.hpinstantink.com for information"---I did however, there was no indication of what the issue is. What do I do?
