Printing only blank pages. Have troubleshooted the most obvious: power reset, disconnect from the network, uninstall app, reinstall print cartridges. Cartridges are almost 5 months old and have maybe printed 6 pages

I see that the printer is printing blank pages. This is because the printer was not used frequently and the ink may be dried up.

The printer has to be used at least once a week. If not, you may remove the ink cartridges and place them in an air-tight container.

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times, and print a test page to check the result.

 

If the issue persists, replace the ink cartridges. You may purchase replacement cartridges and other supplies from the HP Store or local retailers.
