Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

The printer's printing, scanning and copying are all good. However, there is an annoying, pulsating or buzzing sound that is giving me a headache. It is very noticeable if the printer is a closed room.It happens when the power is on. I don't know if it is due to the poor power cable or the led lights. I exchanged my first printer but the replacement is the same. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to fix it?
