HP Recommended

I am smart enough to know how to open the lid.  The control panel does NOT light up.  The "i" button will not work either.  The only thing lighting up is the wi-fi indicator.  This was a cheap printer and I have been sorry I bought it since the day it got here.  Helpful information on why it has suddenly quit copying would be appreciated.  And yes, I can print documents. The printer has been both unplugged and turned off with no resolution.

Thank you - your information helped me resolve the issue although it still took over an hour.  But at least it worked unlike the useless responses from HP.
