Product: Hp Envey 4502
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I have an HP Envy 4502, all features work on it except it will not print at all, not on any option, plenty of ink, cleand heads and smear and all that fun stuff, and no the little tape is off the pinter cartage, does not print online or off line, but I can scan to it, my computer reconizes it it just will not print very frustrated, I printed maybe a 100 pages total over a long period of time, and it stops working. I am very frustrated a product should last longer then 100 pages then quit working. please help !

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Can you try to do a copy job?

 

Was it able  print the copy job?

 

If that fails, then the printing HW is certainly defective.
