Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

Hello,

So I was using the HP Firmware Easy Upgrade Utility on our print server about a week ago and everything worked fine. We have a ton of these printers. I logged in today to try and finish updating firmware on them and I get the following error message:

Title: Failure!

Message:

Can't find any printers to update

EnumPrinters said:

The data area passed to the system call is too small.

EnumPrinters needs 18384 bytes and we sent 16384

After that, the program laods but the printer list is empty. This is for all 3 versions of the firmware update utility for the following models: M3005p, M3015, M3027

When I run the ulities from my own PC (Windows 7) they run fine. I have tried rebooting the print server and issue is not resolved.

Any idea's what may have caused it? These literally worked fine about a week ago...

Thank you in advance,

Kevin
