Hi,

 

We have installed LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution but we did not get scanner option pls suggest.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you are unable to get the scanner option on your HP HotSpot LaserJet Pro M1218nfs MFP even after installing the full feature software.

 

This issue could occur if Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service is not started or the firewall may be blocking the scanning software.

 

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

If the issue persists, then you may need to update the firmware from the link: Firmware Update Utility
