Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Please include Puerto Rico in the HP Instant ink plan, Puerto Rico is a USA territory and in fact we have an HP manufacturing plant here.
This is my 3rd HPprinter (I also have an HP Pavilion PC) and we urgently need the ink plan.
