HPOfficeJet Pro 8715
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently purchased a HP Officejet Pro 8715, and I have enrolled for Instant Ink


I am able to print both remotely from my phone and tablet and as a web services printer from my PC.

However from https://instantink.hpconnected.com/subscriptions/3587871324 I am receiving a "Cannot Connect to Printer" message and from https://192.168.0.35/#hId-pgWebServicesSummary it shows HP Instant Ink is disabled

 

I have already de-installed and reinstalled the printer & software several times, both from the CD and via the webpage

 

I would appreciate any help, thank you

Just to let you know those links are useless.  They require your login on your network.  You need to post screen shots.
