HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

I bought the printer from someone, she forgot she had an InstantInk account  and I cannot print because I don't have any log in information. How can I cancel or reconfigure the InstantInk account?

The issues may be more complicated.  If there is an outstanding balance owed on the account it will likely need to be brought up-to-date.  Also, if the printer currently has Instant Ink cartridges installed they will need to be replaced with retail cartridges to enable printing.  I would suggest finding the serial number on the printer and then contacting HP Instant Ink support. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
