HP LASERJET 400 COLOR M451dn

We need help, the alingment of the colors when printing is not aligned and the pictures come out blurry. We have replaced the toners and calibrated the colors, did hard reboot and still nothing. Can you please help? If I try to buy this same or similar printer that can accept these new toners, I cannot find any new printers.

Awaiting your response.

On this model it can be difficult to fix if performing 3 calibrations in a row do not correct.  One thing you can try as a last resort is a NVRAM reset if you have not tried it already.  It will erase all settings including color calibrations causing the printer to perform a new calibration from scratch.  Read all the information.

NVRAM initialization
CAUTION: All HP Jetdirect settings are also reset. Be sure to print a configuration page before
performing an NVRAM initialization. Make note of the IP address that is listed on the Jetdirect
configuration page. You need to restore the IP address after performing an NVRAM initialization.
Performing an NVRAM initialization resets the following settings and information:
● All menu settings are reset to factory default values.
● All localization settings, including language and country/region, are reset.
After performing an NVRAM initialization, reconfigure any computers that print to this product so that
the computers can recognize the product.
Perform an NVRAM initialization
1. Turn the product off.
2. Simultaneously press the Right arrow button and the Cancel button. Keep these buttons
depressed as you turn the product on.
3. When Permanent storage init. appears on the display, release both buttons.
4. When the product has finished the NVRAM initialization, it returns to the Ready state.

Thank you for your response. I have done that reset twice and still it's not resolved. If I have to replace the printer, which we only had it for only 18 months, is there another printer that can fit these newly opened 305A cartridges?

Please advise. If there is another way to try to fix this printer, please also advise.

Many thanks,

Linda
