Hi there

When I select HP Scan from my Apps list,  the message "HP LJ M127128 Scan was not found" pops up.

I've reinstalled and updated the drivers and HP support has scanned the device and has no suggestions for further updates.

The only suggestion by online support is a possible paper jam, which I don't have.

Please help. Thanks.

Hi,

Please download and run the following tool:

    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL50848/Im-145520-4/HPPSdr.exe

Hope it can fix the problem or tell you where the problem is.

Regards.

Thanks Banhien

The support tool checks and even runs the scanner, and says it's fine, but when I select "Test scan" at the end, I get the same error message...
