Product: HP Laserjet 3390 Scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The MFP is not recognized in Microsoft Surface 3 Tablet when connected with USB cable. My other AIO PC HP Envy 20-d030xt is able to connect to scanner using driver WIA: HP Laser Jet 3390 Scanner. The device manager in the tablet shows in Device Manger under hidden system devices HP PNP Scan NULL  

The Properties of HP PNP SCAN NULL under General Tab- Device Status-Currently this hardware device is not connected to the Computer (Code 45). To fix this problem, reconnect the hardware device to the computer.

Device DOT4\VID_03F0&PID_3517&REV_0100&MEI_00&SCAN\9&!!66eed&0&1 requires further installation. Source Kernel-PnP

Can any one direct me the path to fix this error so that I can scan document or photo from the flatbed or feeder of HP Laser Jet 3390 to this PC?
