Your images are to small to read.  That said what orientation are you placing the paper on tray 1.  The leading edge of the  media should be placed with the 11" side as the leading edge when print portriat on letter sized paper.  I do not know what size you are printing but that should give you an idea.  If you have the 8.5 inch side as the leading edge it will not work correct for landscape.

Hi Davidzuts,

Thanks for your fast response, by the way i am printing in A4 Size Card Stock and used the MPTray1 in Portrait Position. i've done a different combinations of settings in Orientation but no luck, When Print Out comes the image is still in LandScape.

Try using the "Print as Image" command. If you are using a PDF file as the background image, and then using Word or another program to overlay TEXT over the top, the printer driver may have problems combining all the layers and then fitting those layers to a single page size. "Print as Image" will basically merge the document into one image, so the printer is not trying to scale the sizes of multiple layers. There may be hidden layers in the base image of the certificate that lay outside the image area you can't see.

You may also try changing "fit" to "actual size". Also, you may need to set "Auto portrait/lanscape" to either portrait or landscape.

You need to turn "Print as Image" off once you have completed your print job.

What is the leading edge of the media on tray 1.  In other words you can have the long or short edge as the leading edge. This printer can handle up to 12" as the leading edge so you need to place the media in the tray so the long edge is the leading edge and see if it works when you choose landscape as the orientation.

Hi Davidzuts,

Please see attach Photos on CP5225 Tray 1 , i notice that there is no A4 Size, its only A5 in a Portrait mode, maybe this could be the reason? that printer on can only print  in landScape?  Compare to the Tray 1 in other printer below;

I check on other Printers, its mention there that there is a Portrait and LanScape Orientation for A4.

Can you set tray 1 to size A4 and can you move those guides all the way to the ends so the 12" leading edge will feed.  If yes to both try it.

Hi Davidzuts,

When you slide the slider guide it will adjusted automatically the outer side according to your paper orientation Portrait & LandScape,  Its Printing well without any error. the only issue is why the image is printing in a landscape mode instead of Portrait.

I dont know if this printer as per the Tray 1 Level which is not mention the A5 Size, compare to the other Printer in attached photos, which is mention in the Tray 1 the A4 Size Portrait and LandScape.

I anybody there who has the same printer, please let me now if you tried to print in A4 Size settings in Tray 1 if you face this issue.

When you place paper on tray 1 a size prompt should come up on the menu.  If you hit the enter button is the A5 size available to choose?  If not there if you go to the paper handling menu you should be able to choose the size again for tray 1.  Is A5 in the list and if it is if you select it and put the paper with the long edge as leading edge does it work?
