LaserJet 100 Colour MFP M175mw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

My printer continually shows as offline when I try to print.

Using HP Scan and Capture - it works. But won't print.

I have turned it off and on, it sits there showing ready. but when I try and print it says offline. I have plugged and unplugged the cable

All help welcome

@Christinetms,

Welcome to the HP forums! It is a great way to post questions and find resolutions by working with specialists in the HP community.

You are a valued HP customer and we appreciate you for doing business with HP.

I understand that you need assistance with your HP LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP M175 wherein it says it is offline.

It’ll be a great pleasure to assist you with this.

This issue could occur if the correct port is not selected or the print drivers are not configured properly.

Please follow the steps for this issue from the link: Printer is Offline (Windows)

If the issue persists, then you may need to update the firmware from the link: Firmware Update Utility

Let me know how this goes.

Take care and have a good day.
