My HP LaserJet 1320 printer does not have a printer driver on the HP Website, or anywhere that I can find.  My computer says it requires a driver for it to print.  We lost the original driver disk.

Troubleshooting yields no driver online.  Mostly troubleshooting has said that Windows 7 will update the driver automatically when I update Windows.  Windows is updated and this is not happening.  Where can I download the driver directly to my computer?  I need a link to the driver directly, whenever I try to follow the link in the troubleshooting it takes me to a website asking what language I want.

I click: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL40842/ds-99378-2/upd-pcl5-x64-5.4.0.11744.exe

it takes me: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/supportLanding?cc=us&lc=en

Desperate for help on this issue.

Thank you!

Good day, 🙂

To get your issue more exposure, I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since your product is a commercial product. You can do this at Commercial Forums.

Enjoy your day!
