It does not work, i have the same problem and if i go on Services the printer says i cant use it because the printer is configured that the menus on the printer it self are disabled :smileysad: what should i do?

I have the same problem; somebody else disabled the menu options, so the printer can't be reset from the menu. We've moved to a different building and I need to assign a new IP address to it ASAP. Please help . . .

Try turn printer off - hold down right arrow and cancel keys...Turn printer on (keepholding keys down) - when 'perm memory init' displays, release keys. Allow printer to 'boot'..
