Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi Everyone 

 

i have got 8 HP LaserJet 400 color M451dn  on different sites the problem i am facing is that they dont print word documents with text at 72 pt , i checked on HP website suggesting i sould update the firmware , problem is on the EWS i cant find update firmware options i have the IP address of all the printers which are Hp laserjet 400 , please can anyone guide me on this one .

You have to download and execute the firmware upgrade utility - see http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=ly_101819_7&swEnvOid=4063#tab5

Hi

 

 

Please can you explain me after downloading the firmware do i need to run it from the print server or i can run from any windows 7 pc on my network to send the file to the specific printers ?
