Product: M452dw

Hi, 

    I have HP LaserJet M452 which is unable to print black, performed following troubleshooting but no remedy:

 

- Printer is unable to verify authenticity of black cartridge, testing same cartridge in another printer shows no issues. 

 

- displays following errors in event logs

      -- 54.1101 Cyan Density Range Errror. 

 

      -- 54.1400 Color plane registration sensor error. 

 

- changed toner settings, restored factory default, changed cartridge but no remedy. 

 

- Also replaced Registration density Sensor but no remedy. 

 

HP recommends changing sensor, not sure which sensor. 

 

Did anyone resolved this issue ? Can someone recommend which sensor need to be replaced ?
