If HP didn't require HP branded cartridges that cost an arm and two legs each then this, perhaps, would be a viable solution. You need to try harder to be really and truely helpful HP.

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and understand that you have an HP LaserJet Pro CP1525nw Color Printer and the cyan and yellow colors are out of alignment. You have even replaced the cyan toner and the issue still persists. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.

I recommend you to perform the below steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a solution:

  • Disconnect the power cable from the printer while the printer is still ON.
  • Disconnect any other cables if connected the printer.
  • Press and hold the printer’s power button for 15 seconds.
  • The printer should be directly connected to the wall outlet and not to a surge protector. Reconnect the power cable to print and the printer should power ON by itself. If the printer doesn’t power ON then please manually power it ON.

Once you perform the above steps, please check the performance. If print quality seems to be still the same then I suggest you to perform the troubleshooting steps from this link. These solutions are explained in detail in this document: http://hp.care/2gOoM3y

Feel free to let me know how it goes. I will assist you further. Cheers! 🙂
