HP LaserJet M1536dnf MFP was working fine until yesterday. Not it does not pick up paper and returns a "Add paper" error message.  Tray 1 is half full.  I have also placed paper in the priority input tray.

I removed all paper and checked for paper jams - none.

I powered down and removed the power cord.

I restored to factory-set defaults.

The printer still can not pick up any paper.  I hear a clicking noise and then get the "Add paper" message.  This is true even if I try to print an internal report or print a cleaning page.

Any ideas/suggestions?
