It was set to 10.10.10.30 and suddnely stop working. I can not even get the configuration sheet to find out what IP address it is changed to!
May I have this issue fixed by reseting the router you think?
This is risky as the peopel on the network and I should powercycle the system after 5 pm!
Any idea?
p.s. I press and hold the Go button and it sounds like clicking but does not give me the sheet of info.

Hi @CaEngineer,
I see that you can't print the printer's Configuration Report to find out the printer's IPv4 address. I would like to help you.
Since the printer isn't printing the hardware self test, it would be a hardware issue with the printer. Please try the following steps to see if we can resolve this issue.
I would do a hard reset to see if that will resolve the issue.
Leave the printer on and unplug the power cable from the printer and wall outlet for 60 seconds.
Then reconnect the power cable to the printer and wall outlet rather than a surge protector.
This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
Try printing the Configuration Report again, by holding the Go button again.
Is there any flashing lights on the printer?
Did anything happen prior to this issue? (paper jam, changed toner)

Hi Gemini02,
we get the printer to work eventually. Here is what we did.
We Power-cycled the router and leave it offline for a while. Then the previous IP address was shown up and
configuration sheet now can accessible.
But my question now is how can I avoid the further issue like this?
Any suggetsions please?
Thank you,
Henri

Thanks for providing that information CaEngineer .
I would suggest to setup a Static IP for the printer, this way the router will always assign the same IP to the printer.
I have provided a document for setting up the Static IP, please disregard the model and title. Go to Solution two: Assign the printer an automatic static IP address.
Thank You.

Hi CaEngineer,
In the document, Solution two: Assign the printer an automatic Static IP address provides the information for setting up the Static IP under the Windows link.
Are you using a fixed or Dynamic IP for the printer?
Make sure the printer is connected directly to a router and not a switch.
Thank You.

Hi CaEngineer ,
If you are still having issues, try another browser to see if that will help. I was able to open the previous link in Firefox myself.
Thank You.
