P2015dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Our business has had an HP LaserJet P2015dn for a while now, but just recently it has stopped allowing me to print a multi-page document. IE: If a document has two pages, and I choose to print, it won't print anything. If I go back and print page 1, it'll print page 1. I then have to go back and print page 2.

This wasn't always the case, and I'm not sure what happened to cause the problem. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello, sounds like it may be a driver issue. Try downloading the latest driver for this model or reinstalling the printer and see if that changes anything. Reason for the change all of a sudden is possibly system updated and caused the driver to have issues, or you need a newer driver that is compatible with the update.

Hope this helps....

I tried deleting the entire printer and re-downloading it. I chose to have the current drivers updated when that question came up in the prompts. This, sadly, did not fix my issue 😞

Hello, sorry for the late response, when you downloaded the driver are you using the PCL6 driver? If so, I would download the UPD PCL5 driver and then install the printer again to see if that changes anything. In most cases I have seen PCL6 to be rather glitchy, or do odd things.

Hope this helps....
